Sour ale with beetroot juice. This is our brewers' tribute to the legendary summer soup - šaltibarščiai. This beer is distinguished by its unique ingredient - beetroot, which gives the drink not only a special colour, but also a slightly earthy sweetness and a mild acidity.
Ingredients: water, barley and wheat malt, oats and wheat flakes, beetroot juice, lactose, hops, yeast.
ABV: 3.5%
IBU (bitterness): 7
EBC (colour): 7 (dark pink)
