"(Un)combed Baroque" is a theatrical concert that combines two forms of art: dance and music. Here, you won't see the typical wigs, powder, lace, or Baroque instruments associated with the Baroque era... well, except for the harpsichord maybe. However, you will have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy contemporary choreography performed to popular Baroque music compositions, which will be played using various, including instruments that were not typical for the Baroque period. So, we invite you to get acquainted with and experience this artistic era from a slightly different perspective, in a non-traditional Baroque setting, performed with not-so-traditional instruments, in other words - (Un)combed.
"This concert is the concluding event of the 20th - anniversary concert series of the M. Rostropovich Charity and Support Fund 'Aid for Lithuanian Children.'"
