Corn Lager 4.3%ABV /11°P
It has a light lager, a white head and a slightly fruitier than usual aroma. It is a very light beer with little to hide. The Pilsner and Pale ale malts come together in a light texture that is further softened by the cornflakes.
Hops barely balance the sweetness of this lager without being overly bitter or exotic.
The aroma is dominated by corn, with a delicate note contributed by the fermentation esters and the fruitiness of the very sparing use of aromatic hops.
If I had to find one word for this drink it would be elegance.
It is a light, crisp, non-committal beer that does not disappoint.
