Cherry Sour Biere de Champagne 6.5% ABV
Cherry Sour Biere de Champagne is enriched by a triple fermentation process using bacteria, brewer's yeast and champagne yeast. The result is an elegant drink with a subtle champagne note and a delicate acidity. We add enough cherries to bring out both wine and berry tones in the breath, while the acidity is balanced by a subtle hint of sea salt.
Ingredients: water, barley and wheat malts, cherry puree, sugar, durska, hops, yeast.
